CASS Certification

CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification is a process that tests the quality of the addresses in you list. CASS certification will standardize addresses and correct inaccuracies to help ensure your mail piece gets delivered.  The process provides a CASS certificate which enables mail pieces to qualify for USPS automation mailing rates.

Our software will match your addresses against data from the USPS, and fill in any missing information (for example zip codes, city, states, abbreviations, etc).  CASS certification will also add a zip+4 address which better helps the USPS deliver the mailing.

We will also provide a list of Non-Cassed records which are records that could not be matched to those in the USPS database and are most likely non-deliverable, though there is a chance that they will make it to the correct destination
