There are a few different ways to target key audiences and consituents, but we highly recommend using list from the registrar of voters.  This list will allow you to target registered voters and will also include additional data including their registered party.  

Political mailers can also saturate entire zip codes or carrier routes through simplified every door direct mailings which do not require an address or the purchase of a list.

Alternatively political mail can target a very specific demographic.  Lists with detailed information on income, gender, interests, any almost any other demographic indicator imaginable can be effective for targeted political messaging.
